This cabinet may be purchased finished or unfinished. Price does not include shipping. Priced as finished Oak F.O.B. Northern Indiana. Allow 30 - 45 days for your custom cabinet to be built. Cabinets are built in a Northern Indiana Amish shop. Of course it wouldn't be a Hoosier cabinet if it wasn’t built in Indiana.

Click to enlarge 20 Ft Aluminum Aerator Windmill These are actual working windmills built to aerate and maintain water quality in a pond.  Without oxygen pond water becomes stagnate, dirty, smelly and full of bacteria.  In the Northern states plants die in the winter and fall to the bottom of the pond.  As plants decompose oxygen levels become reduced.  In the summer and in the Southern states where temperatures remain hot, fertile ponds can develop an Oxygen Devoid Layer.  An oxygen devoid layer can develop in late summer which not only reduces the area in which fish can inhabit, but can cause a fall fish kill when water cools and the oxygen devoid layer mixes with the rest of the pond.    Aeration helps mix the water with oxygen to get to the bottom of the pond, and aides in providing cleaner water. Our aerator windmill towers are built from aluminum and use stainless steel nuts and bolts to provide a rust free long lasting structure.  A 60” diameter fan with stainless steel shaft will provide approx. 3 cubic feet of air at 12 miles per hour.  The fan shaft connects to a rubber membrane diffuser, and comes with 100’ of ½” airline.  The unit will produce air flow in winds of 3-5 mph, and has an automatic slow down in high winds.  This is a very low maintenance and long lasting windmill.  Sizes come in 20’ and 30’ Select below, 30' price difference will show as an additional (+) on to the 20' price. 1-1/2 tsp. coarse pepper
2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
...1 Tbsp. onion powder
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce

Cut meat into 1/4" - 3/8" strips.
Marinate meat in mixture for 24-hours.
Thread onto toothpicks and hang in oven on low heat with door cracked for 8-10 hours.

Amish Breakfast Casserole Recipe

Amish Breakfast Casserole
1 lb. meat (sausage, bacon, Ham, etc.)
6 eggs
8 slices bread-cubed
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard
2 c. Milk
8 oz. grated cheese
Fry meat, drain and crumble.
Beat eggs, add meat and remaining ingredients.
Pour into greased 9" x 13" pan, cover and refrigerate over night
Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour.
Add parsley or onion if desired.

Horse Drawn Buggies and Wagons

This Amish Company has been making custom buggies for over 20 years. All buggies come standard with rubber tired wheels, roller bearing axles, black bodies and undercarriage. The inside surfaces are sprayed with black truck bed liner to help provide a low slip surface. Outside is covered in black laminate for years of durable service. Seats are tufted and button in burgundy or black vinyl. Running gear and wheels can be custom colored, or the wheels can be clear coated.
