Deer Hunters using this incredibly realistic adjustable grunt tube have lured in many trophy whitetail, making this grunt call a winner.

The solid maple barrel has an attractive laser engraved scene of a trophy whitetail  The Grunt Call measures 7” long x 1-1/2” diameter, has an adjustable tube, to vary the pitch and comes with lanyard.

Many household family members that own outside pets get sick and tired of cleaning their dogs or cats after their pets getting sprayed by a very mad skunk.    What’s worst is having a skunk nest nearby and causing more headaches or when skunk mating season happens, they sure multiple!

How do you get rid of them?

We did some necessary research and discovered a simple trick to catch them.
Find a appropriate size live trap cage and put some cheap sardines in the cage.  You are all set.  But wait, when you trap the skunk; how do you dispose it and how do prevent yourself not getting sprayed?

Simple!    Use a black trash bag around the outside of the cage and put some some wooden boards on the cage to hold the bag down from the wind.  It makes the skunk think it’s going into a dark cave or a nest when it finds the bait in the cage. 

How do you kill them?

You can shoot it!  or if there’s a nearby lake, river, creek or a barrel of water (big enough to put the cage in),  you can drown it.   We have 1.5 acre lake and drag the cage by using a 7 foot pole with a hook.  After waiting 5-10 minutes,   we take them out of the cage and bury them.

Since Jan 6th, we have captured 12 skunks and two big Possums!  You might attract other animals like stray cats.

If you’re looking for a turkey call with a big sound yet attractive, this is it.  An all wood handcrafted box call with class.  The halfmoon call has been a winner for years and is one of our most popular box calls. These calls simple sound as great as they look, images engraved in the side, along with a beautiful finish show off the hardwoods, making this handsome heirloom quality call something you will want to proudly display during the off season. These always draw a crowd when we bring them out.

The Halfmoon Call Features an 8" paddle, 6" base, halfmoon sounding boards, provide a rich yelp. The halfmoon design provides an inset for the sounding boards.  This allows the call to be gripped without touching and muffling the sounding boards.

This call can be used in various applications and conditions; by dragging the paddle slowly over the lip you can imitate a low mating yelp of a hen, change the angle of the paddle slightly and move the paddle with more or less rhythm to change the pitch, to produce a purr or to alter the yelps, tap the paddle against the lip to obtain the cluck or cut, hold the call at the bottom and shake to produce a quick gobble. Work the call more aggressively to challenge a tom’s territory.  Hit the cycles harder for even windy days.  The call works in all positions to fit a turkey hunter’s personal preference.   This call has made many successful hunts and will become one of your favorites.
