Turkey hunters across the country are raving about our friction pot turkey calls. They have become very popular and when you get yours you will quickly understand why.

Our Amish crafted friction calls have incredible balance, rich sound tones, they are very easy to hold and use even with gloves. You will be calling them in like a pro in a very short amount of time, even for the newbie to friction calls.

Turkey hunters have been simply amazed just how well these friction turkey calls perform right out of the box. On the slate call they were surprised they didn't even have to scratch up the surface to produce the sounds they wanted, such as a yelp, purr, cluck, put, or whine.

Several hunters have commented back to us saying "of all the friction calls they have, these have became their most favorite". Others have commented "for the quality and the price these calls just can't be beat."

These calls also feature an inner glass plate to help soften and muffle sharp unnatural squawk tones. This is just another attribute to the quality and attention to detail in the craftsmanship and materials used in these calls. Very few friction call makers actually use glass inside the call, most use wood, plastic or another cheaper material or don’t even add an inner surface at all.

Beautiful hand crafted of hardwoods with striker surface inset. The top of the call features an engraved turkey. Opposite side has your choice of a friction surface.

Little Annie mini 1-1/4" deep dug dugout call, is one sweet small hand held call. This is a very inexpensive easy to tote box call, that sounds as great as calls twice its size. Seriously! This call has just an amazing rich sound quality that equals even our Halfmoon calls. Features a beautiful engraved finish, the call is very compact measures only 5-3/4" x 1-1/4 making this call a perfect size to fit into a vest pocket. The call uses very little movement making it harder for the illusive sharp eyed bird to detect. Options available are cherry or walnut paddle on a popular base.

Sweet Water Turkey Box Call

This is a very simple and rather inexpensive box call, which has attractive lines, curves and a great sound. Yelp, cluck, cut, purr, whine, gobble….. It talks Turkey!  Features a walnut paddle and popular base or a cherry paddle with a popular base.  Options are 6" or 7" long. Priced as the 6" version select 7" at the bottom of the page for an additional $2. The 7" provides a longer sounding board for those hunters looking for a tad lower pitch yelp and wanting the sound to carry out a bit more on windy days.

This is just a great box call for the avid hunter, a starter call for youth, or someone wanting to master the art of turkey calling.  Just like all of our box calls it operates in all positions. The finished call features the Sweet Water logo, and an image of a turkey engraved into the paddle.  We also carry this call in an unfinished kit, making it one that you can customize, or use as a great father and son weekend project to learn all aspects of hunting the elusive bird.

CCW  Turkey Box Call Leather Holster.  This holster is a CCW specialty designed leather holster to fit our popular half moon handle and non- handle turkey calls but will also fit calls 1-3/4” W x 2” T x 8” L 
We offer this holster 1" longer to fit our 10" Boat Paddle (long box) Call. Select Boat Paddle option below.
The picture shows the smooth leather hand laced holster. A fancy tooled basket weave pattern holster with hand lacing as pictured is also available below, choose additional holster option for an incremental price difference of only $16 for the fancy tooling.
These leather holsters are made to the same quality leather specifications as our CCW leather gun holsters using 8oz American tanned leathers, CLICK HERE to read more.

We offer either a built in belt loop, or a stainless secure clip belt clip to attach to the belt.  The stainless secure belt clip fits up to 1-1/2 wide belts and has an extra tab that locks in under the belt to keep the holster secured to the belt, when bending, kneeling, or crawling in and out of blinds.  The belt clip or belt loop is sewn with heavy cord threads to last several generations.

The call fits just snug enough to slip the call in and out but does not let the call squawk when walking.

Turkey Box Call- Boat Paddle 10"inch:

Our 10" inch Boat Paddle Turkey Box Call is built just like our popular half moon handle box calls.  Some call this a  "Long Box Call".  The additional length allows for a 1" longer sounding chamber.  This provides a deeper and richer yelp and allows the sound to travel out for those windy days. The paddle also has more contact surface, making it easier to maneuver over the sounding boards to produce all the turkey talk needed to bring in the trophy birds.  Overall the call is 9-3/4" long and 1-1/2" wide.  It still fits in the optional holster. Only available in walnut, popular base, with cherry paddle, as pictured. 

Optional CCW Boat Paddle Turkey Call Leather Holster.  This holster is a CCW specialty designed leather holster to fit our popular 10” long box Boat Paddle Call but will also fit calls 1-3/4” W x 2” T x 10” L
